Grateful thanks go to the doctors, nurses and staff at James Cook University Hospital, especially Ward 33 and the Haematology Day Unit. In addition the local doctors and district nurses for their care and consideration of Ralph over recent years. Special thanks to Rev. Keith Martin for his comforting prayers and service, gratitude is also expressed to the funeral directors, W Storey Funeral Service of Guisborough who arranged and conducted the funeral with great compassion and professionalism. Finally, thank you for all the cards of condolence and the donations received for the Haematology Day Unit at James Cook University Hospital
